Project Description

This project is the combination of hardware and software. The main components used in this project are microcontroller, LCD, Smoke sensor and Bluetooth transceiver. In this project the sensor used provide analog output which is not directly measure by the microcontroller therefore an analog to digital converter is used to convert the analog output into digital form. These digital data are wirelessly transmitted with the help of Bluetooth transmitter to A Mobile phone with Bluetooth inbuilt and android OS. A software design using android app development which receives the data from the transmitter and graphically plot the data on the phone screen. This thus provides the ability to monitor the sensor from a remote location wirelessly on a mobile phone.
