Project Description

In this project e are controlling a vehicle with the help of a remote. This project is made with the help of automation using PLC. Automation is the need of industries in these days. Every industry require automation for better performance, quality, efficiency etc. so our project remote controlled vehicle is also made by using automation. We can place our products from one place to other using this vehicle and controlled through remote. It is great application of automation for industries. In this remote controlled vehicle we are using PLC to control this vehicle through remote. This project will give perfection in work of industries. PLC is programmed in such a way that this vehicle is moving according to input given through remote. We are using H-bridge to change the direction of motors attached at wheels of vehicle

    Industrial Automation

The word “Industrial automation” implies automatically working organizations, which make use programmable logic controllers (PLC). Process control is a branched statistics and engineering discipline that deals with various controlling methods of output for a specific industrial automated process (architecture, controlling). It was a replacement invented the systems that required numbers of timers; relays etc and increase the cost also. PLCs are a combine package of multiple inputs and outputs, operating under various temperature ranges, even have immunity to noise. As the enhancements made year and year over, sequential relay control, motion control, process control, distributed control systems and networking are included into PLC. The main difference from other computers is that PLCs operate in industrial environments and have multiple (I/O) terminals; those connect the PLC to sensors and actuators. PLCs measure, continuously varied analog input process variables (P, T), and outputs t

Various enhancements had been made in the field of SCADA as from 1st generation to 4TH i.e. Monolithic, Distributed, Networked, and Internet of Things.
