Project Description

The main aim of this project is to design a braking mechanism with the help of pneumatic system .The main component used in this project are pneumatic pump, solenoid valve, power supply, tyre , belt, Brake shoe ,motor and regulator to control the speed of the motor. When the motor is started through regulator it rotates the tyre, and brake is applied through pneumatic pump. When the paddle of pneumatic pump is pressed it force the brake shoe to connected to the tyre which oppose the tyre rotation and forced to the stop the tyre. The brake shoe comes back to initial location by releasing the air pressure through solenoid valve which is powered by the power supply section
